The Manual for Cancer Services is an integral part of the NHS Cancer Plan and modernisation of cancer services. A draft version of the revised Specialist Palliative Care Measures for inclusion in the manual has been issued for a 12 week consultation period. These measures reflect recommendations from NICE on improving supportive and palliative care for adults with cancer.
