The National Patient Safety Agency (NPSA) has commissioned King's College to undertake research on how the patient safety alert on anticoagulation (18 - ‘Actions that can make anticoagulation safer') can be further supported.
The research team want pharmacists working in England to engage with this research because this will ensure that service developments will be informed by those who deliver services directly to patients. The survey is available at the link below – it should take a maximum of 10 minutes to complete and participation will remain totally confidential.
