Domperidone maleate tablets have been reclassified from POM to P for the relief of nausea and vomiting of less than 48 hours duration. These tablets may also continue to be supplied without a prescription for the relief of post-prandial symptoms of excessive fullness, nausea, epigastric bloating and belching, occasionally accompanied by epigastric discomfort and heartburn.
