The Healthcare Commission has published the 6th annual survey of NHS staff. It provides trusts with information about the views and experiences of employees that can help to improve the working lives of staff and the quality of care for patients. Each trust has been provided with a detailed report so that they can compare their results with those of similar trusts, review any problems staff may have and take action.
