The Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) has published a guideline on the management of hip fracture in older people. This guideline updates SIGN 56 to reflect the most recent evidence on hip fracture care.
The guideline covers pre-hospital care, management in the emergency department, pre- and post-operative care, discharge planning and rehabilitation.
