NICE has published guidance on rituximab as first-line treatment for people with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) who are able to take fludarabine in combination with cyclophosphamide.
NICE does not support the use of rituximab in combination with other chemotherapy agents for the first-line treatment of CLL.
