This Topic Review covers the management of adults with dyspepsia, providing recommendations for managing undiagnosed dyspeptic problems. It is based on the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) guideline on Dyspepsia. The section on managing dyspepsia associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is based on the Maastricht III Consensus Report 2006.
