The Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) is unable to recommend the use of  panitumumab (Vectibix™) within NHS Scotland for the treatment of patients with wild-type KRAS metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) in first-line in combination with FOLFOX;  in second-line in combination with FOLFIRI for patients who have received first-line fluoropyrimidine-based chemotherapy (excluding irinotecan).

 
The holder of the marketing authorisation has not made a submission to SMC regarding this product in this indication.
