The Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) is not able to recommend the use of bilastine (Ilaxten®) within NHS Scotland for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhino-conjunctivitis (seasonal and perennial) and urticaria, as the holder of the marketing authorisation has not made a submission to SMC.
