The Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) has advised that in the absence of a submission from the holder of the marketing authorisation, amifampridine (Firdapse®) is not recommended for use within NHSScotland for the treatment of Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome (LEMS) in adults.
