Following a full submission, the Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) has accepted filgrastim (Zarzio®) for use within NHS Scotland for all of its currently licensed indications.  This is a biosimilar product to a reference granulocyte colony stimulating factor, filgrastim (Neupogen®).
