The NHS North East Treatment Advisory Group (NETAG) has appraisal report on the use of Ozurdex® (dexamethasone intravitreal implant) for uveitis. The Group opted to defer its recommendation pending receipt of a suitable treatment protocol for use within NHS North East, but it was minded to recommend Ozurdex® for uveitis providing that it is appropriately positioned in treatment pathways.
