This section features local examples of PGDs shared with the kind permission of the relevant organisations. All local examples meet legal requirements and certain selection criteria agreed by the PGD Website Board.

Users who download any PGD are responsible for ensuring the clinical and legal content of the PGD are correct and that the PGD is appropriate for use in their specific local circumstances.  There are considerable differences in the way services are set up, referral pathways etc. and these all need to be taken into account.  Particular care must be taken if adapting PGDs for antibiotics for local use in view of local antimicrobial policies and resistance patterns.
